INANCE APPROPRIATING THE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Dollars($1000.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to
the Department of Aviation for grading work on the
airport.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Two Hundred 'Thirty -five Dollars
(4235.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend,
Indiana to the Depart..ment of Law as follows:
Account G -2 Temporary Service, One Hundred Dollars
($100.00); Account G -6 Transportation, One Hundred
Dollars(w100.00); Account G -8 Office Supplies,
`Thirty -five dollars (635.00)
SECTION 'L. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
