BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the contract between the Municipal,City of
South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works
and Orville M. Ray, executed in triplicate, one of which copies
is hereto attached and made a part hereof and which contract is
dated June (�., 1934, and relates to the payment for the removal
of garbage bysaid second party for said first party, be and the
.same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
