ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF :9,731.31 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
TO THE AVIATION DEPARTHENT OF SAID CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED.by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine thousand seven hundred and
thirty -one dollars and thirty -one cents 09,731.31)
be and the same is hereby appropriated.from the
General he City of South Send, Indiana to the
Aviation Department of said City, to be used
exclusively for the payment of bills of said
department which were incurred by it and filed
in its office before January 1, 1934•
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal publication, public hearing
-rA and final passage.
