BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION
1.
- That the
sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be
and the
same
is hereby
transferred from account known as D -7,
Office Supplies of the County Treasurer, to account D -8, Premium
on Official Bonds.
SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice and its passage and approval by the
Mayor.
