ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana -
SECTION J, - That the sum of Twelve Thousand 'Three Hundred and
Thirty -five Dollars and Seventy -four Cents ($12,335.74) be and
the same is hereby transferred from the Department of Aviation
to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, which said sum is
now on deposit in the Citizens.-Trust and Savings Bank of South
Bend, Indiana, and is now restrained in said Bank.
SECTION - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its legal publication, public hearing and final
passage.
I hereby recommend the passage of the above Ordinance.
