9N ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS :.FROM NCB SUB - DIVISION TO
ANOTHER SUBDIVISION IN, "HF�, DEPARTMENT ,2F FINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Ninety -seven Dollars and Fifty Cents
be and the same is hereby transferred from Account
B -il -A, known as Refunds, Awards and Indemnities, to
Account B -14, known as Premiums on Official Bonds.
SECTION Z, This Ordinance shall be in full force and.effect
from and after its passage and ap-
pro by the Mayor.
