TRACT 0X THE BQaD .QF PUBLIC WORKS.FOI. THE, PURCHASE
QF A STREET SWEEPER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
�_- SECTION 1.__ That a contract entered into by and between the
Board of:;Public Works of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, and the Austin - Western Road Machinery
Company of Chicago, dated April 1934, for the
purchase by said Board of a Street Sweeper, be and
the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
SECTION , This Ordinance shall be in-full force and effect from
and after its passage and - ,approval by the Mayor,
