BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) be
and the same is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of said city to the Building Department of the
Board of Public Works for use in the Electrical De-
partment of said Building Department. The said use
being for the salary for an additional inspector in
said Electrical Department and for gasoline and oil
for his use. '..,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance- -aha"ii be in full force and effect
from and after its legal publication, public hearing
and final passage.
