Approved and signed by me_ December — 19_ 1 Clerk Mayor RESOLUTION NO- lat&_,�A A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ENTERING INTO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of South Bend has purchased a NCR 900 System Cad Computer System and one function of that system over the years has been to keep records concerning alleged criminal activities throughout the City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the South Bend Housing Authority would benefit from the use of non - confidential information stored on said computer system relating to crime activities throughout various areas of the City, including areas where the Housing Authority either owns a building or provides assistance for residents; and WHEREAS, the Computer Mapping System which, when used in connection with the computer information, would provide visual information concerning alleged criminal activities and would benefit both the South Bend Police Department and the Housing Authority of the City of South Bend. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: SECTION I: The City shall enter into the Interlocal Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of South Bend for the purchase of a Computer Mapping System for use on its NCR 900 System Cad Computer System. SECTION II: The terms and conditions of said Agreement are as attached hereto. SECTION III: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. Dated this 3_K- day of 1991.
