Approval of Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of May 7, 2015. Upon a motion by Vice President Fitts, seconded by President Klee, the vote carried 2 -0 (Secretary- Treasurer Hanig absent), the Authority approved the Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of May 7, 2015. B. Approval of Minutes of the Special Joint Meeting of May 7, 2015. Upon a motion by Vice President Fitts, seconded by President Klee, the vote carried 2 -0 (Secretary- Treasurer Hanig absent), the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Joint Meeting of May 7, 2015. NEW BUSINESS A. Resolution No. 194 Authorizing the Transfer of Real Property to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Old Studebaker Museum Block) Mr. Relos stated in an ongoing effort to correctly title City -owned properties in the name of the correct City entity, staff has identified certain parcels that should be in the Redevelopment Commission's name. South Bend Redevelopment Authority Regular Meeting — May 20, 2015 Page 2 Resolution No. 194 authorizes the transfer of four Authority -owned parcels in the old Studebaker Museum block just east of the Cove. Along with two parcels owned by the Board of Public Works (BPW), these parcels make up roughly three quarters of the downtown block. At the May 14 meeting, the Redevelopment Commission approved the acceptance of these properties including the BPW parcels in this block. Upon a motion by Vice President Fitts, seconded by President Klee, the vote carried 2 -0 (Secretary- Treasurer Hanig absent), the Authority approved Resolution No. 194 authorizing the transfer of real property to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Old Studebaker Museum Block). 5.
