Motion to accept the substitute version was made by Dr. Fred Ferlic and seconded by Gavin Ferlic. Brock Zeeb from Community Investment gave the presentation. This bill was substituted from the original bill due to the fact they were adding a couple more properties bringing the total amount of homes to 26. Located on the south side of the fairgrounds. A total of 3.9 million would be invested. He then introduced Darryl Knip from Abonmarche Consultants who in turn introduced Denny Swartz the developer from Tampico. Mr. Swartz said the properties were taken over from Weiss Development. He has had good conversation with the neighbors. Councilperson Valerie Schey asked a question about sidewalks but realized she had the wrong development. She meant Lafayette Square. Councilmember Varner said he was working on that one. Mr. Swartz said the paving was started and everything was going well. Dr. Fred Ferlic made a motion to send substituted bill 15 -33 to the full council with a favorable recommendation, seconded by Dr. David Varner. Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Gavin Ferlic at 4:20pm. Respectfully submitted, Gavin Ferlic Community Investment Committee Chairperson
