AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1936 FOR THE
MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IKDIANA CU/0 l/✓W
Section I. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indianag
That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for the
year 1936 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed val-
uation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed
by the officers of St. Joseph County and the State of Ind.i.a.na,
for the objects named;
For Generel Fund $0.634
Perk Maintenance Fund 0.053
Park Contract & Assessment Fund 0,029
Park District Fund 0.006
Police Pension Fund 0,013
Firemen's Pension Fund ��� 0.005
Sinking Fund 0.02
Aviation Fund 0.01
Hospital Fund 0,03

Section 2. There shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty Cents on
every male inhabitant of said City, same and not a pauper, of the
age of Twenty —One years and not over the age of Fifty years.
