ORDINANCE N0. 1.2
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1500.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
ACCOUNT NUMBERED I -2A IN THE STREET
DEPARTMENT FORTHE PURPOSE OF
PAYING FOR MEDICAL AND HOS-
PITAL EXPENSES IN THE
STREET DEPARTMENT
FOR THE BALANCE
OF THE YEAR
1935.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend:
Section I - That the sum of $1500.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend to the Department of Public Streets, account
numbered I - 2A for the payment of hospital and medical
expense of persons injured while in the line of duty
for the balance of the year 1935.
Section II - This ordinance shallbe in fall force and
effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, and signature by the Mayor.
I reecommend the passage of the forego -ng ordinance.
