AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $250.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE
ACCOUNT DESIGNATED .zS ACCOUNT P -18
BOARD OF PUBL:EZ SAFETY FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF PURCHASING OF BY-
CICLE TAGS AND PRINTED
REGISTRATION
CARDS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section I - That the sum of $250.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
Ctty of South Bend to account P -18 for the purpose
of purchasing bycicle tags and printed registration
cards in conformity with Ordinance #3112.
Section II - This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, legal publi-
cation, public hearing and approval by the Mayor.
