AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUN OF 8405.60 FROP,I ONE
ACCOUNT TO ANOTHEP ACCOUNT ALL UNDER
THE DEPARTIMENT OF HEALTH IN
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the common council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana that:
Section I - That the sun of $405.60 be and the same is

hereby transferred from account , #T -9 to account #T -17
under the Board of Public Health, in the City of South
Bend for the expense of printing and prevention campaign
for the purpose of preventing Diphtheria and Smallpox.
Section II - This ordinance shall be in full force m d
effect from and after its passage, legal publication ,
public hearing and signature By the 11ayor.
