AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE MIBER al:3,THE
SANE BEING AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
BORROWING OF $50,000.00 BY
THE CITY OF SOUTH
Section I - BE IT ORDAINED by the Cormon Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana that Ordinance
number 1 0 be hereby expressly repealed and held
for naught.
Section II - This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and signature
by the Mayor.
