AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A CONTRACT ENTERED
INTO BETWEEN NEW JERSEY, IfMfANA AND ILLINOIS
RAILROAD COMPANY AND THE BOARD OF PUB-
LIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, UNDER THE DATE OF
JUNE 3, 1935.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City Of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section I - That the act of the Board of Public Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana under the date of
tTune 3, 1935 in entering into the following agreement, be
ratified and confirmed. Said agreement being seb forth
in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
Section II - This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after passage and signature by the Mayor.
