GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AND APPROPRIA-

Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of South
Bend. -
section 1.
S-100-06
That the sum of"rA;@60 be and the same is hereby transferred,
from the account denoted as delinquency and deficit account of the
city of South Bend to the General Fund of the city of South Bend.
Section 2.

That the sum of , be and, the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to the Salaries Fund
Account D -3 for additional Barrett Law clerks for the period from
June 1, 1935 to January 1, 1936. And the Controller and city
Treasurer are authorized to execute such warrants as may be neces-
sary to carry out the intents and purposes of said account so estab-
lished in D -3.

That the sum of 'x'3-,660 be and the same is hereby appropria.tdd
from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to the account for
records and supplies in the Barrett Law Department, D97 -A, for the
period from June 1, 1935 to January 1, 1936. And the City Controller
and City Treasurer are hereby authorized to issuessuch warrants as
may be necessary to purchase the supplies and equP➢pment necessary
for said. account.
section 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, legal notice, public hearing and signature by
the mayor.
