OF $'i ;88 TO THE SALARIES FUND FOR BARRETT LAS` HELP ACCOUNT D -3, AND SO APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF � ; FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE RECORD AND SUPPLIES ACCOUNT FOR BARRETT LAW EQUIPMENT VIT41 CH ACCOUNT IS NO. D ?7 A. ,•1 Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of South Bend. - section 1. S-100-06 That the sum of"rA;@60 be and the same is hereby transferred, from the account denoted as delinquency and deficit account of the city of South Bend to the General Fund of the city of South Bend. Section 2. 9.00.60 That the sum of , be and, the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to the Salaries Fund Account D -3 for additional Barrett Law clerks for the period from June 1, 1935 to January 1, 1936. And the Controller and city Treasurer are authorized to execute such warrants as may be neces- sary to carry out the intents and purposes of said account so estab- lished in D -3.
