AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT, REPAIR
OF BUILDINGS ACCOUNT NO. 8-5 -A, FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAYING
A NEW ROOF ON THE FIRE ALARM STATION IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, ALSO TRANSFERRING THE SUPS OF
$500.00 FROM THE REGULAR SALARIES
OF POLICE FUND H -1 TO THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH
BEND
Be it ordained by the common council of the city of South Bend
Section 1.
That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is hereby trans-
ferred from the Regular Salaries Account of the Police Department
p -1, to the General Fund of the city of South Bend.
Section 2.
That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is hereby appropria-
ted from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to the
Electrical Department, Repair of buildings Account S -5 -A for the
purpose of laying a:.` new roof on the fire alarm station on East
Wayne Street in the city of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, legal publication, public hearing and signature
by the mayor.
