AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE S(JM OF $25.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO PAY FOR THE EXAM-
INATION FOR ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IN PUR-
SUANCE TO THE BUILDING CODE ON
THE 4TH DAY OF FEBRUARY
1935.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of South Bend,
SECTION I.
That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend,
for the purpose of paying five (5) examiners who conducted the
examination for the city electrician on the 4th day of February,
1935 , and the city controller is authorized, and directed to
issue warrants for the payment of said item in conformity with
this ordinance.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing,
and signature by the Mayor.
