ORDINANCE NO. 3 I 'o I?
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $300.00 FROM
ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC NOTICES ACCOUNT
TEMPORARY B -8 -A to SALARIES AND
WAGES ACCOUNT B -3 -A FOR AN
ADDITIONAL CLERK IN
THE CONTROLLER'S
OFFICE
Be it ordained by the common council of the city
of South Bend, Indiana
Section 1.
That the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
be and the same is hereby transferred from Advertising
and Publication of notices account B -8 -A to the salaries
and wages account temporary B -3 -A, for the purpose of
employes an additional clerk, at the rate of seventy -five
($75.00) Dollars per month, in the Controller's Office.
And said controller.is authorized to draw warrants on said
sum at the rate of Seventy -five ($75.00) Dollars per month
for the payment of the salary of said clerk.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication and signature
by the mayor.
