IN SAID ACCOUNT FOR TF4T
PURPOSE

Be it ordained. by the CorrmAon Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana -
Section I.
That the sum of 6'b798.00 be and. the same is hereby appropriated .
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend., Indiana to the
Department of Public Streets, account.,¢ I.912; for the purpose
of cutting Twyckenham Drive between Bader Avenue and. South Bend
Avenue to the grads, taking out the gravel of said. Street and
gravelling the Street, same being F. F. R. A. project -4 42 -B -4,
and creating a fund in said. account for said project.
Section II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and. effect from and after
legal notice and passage and, the approval by the Mayor.
