Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend -
Section I.
That the sum of [ ?5475.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated.
from the General Fund. of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the
Department of Public Streets; ace`ount,., I -12, for the purpose
of opening Elmer Street North of Keller Street, and taking out
gravel and gravelling said Street, the same being F. R. A.
project # 42 -B -4, and. creating a fund under said Account for
said project.
Section II.
This ordinance shall be in full_ force and, effect from and after
legal notice and passage and, the approval by the r'ayor.
