AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN PARTS OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 3196.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend Indiana:
SECTION.1 - That Ordinance No. 3196
passed by the Common Council December 14th, 1936
and signed by the Mayor December 15th, 1936 be
repealed in so far as said ordinance number 3196
applies to Lot lettered "M" in Wenger and Breigh-
baum's Vistula Avenue Addition to the city of South
Bend, Indiana, said lot having been erroneously
included in a description of real estate the zoning
classification of which was effected by said Ordi-
nance Number 3196.
SECTION 11. - This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage
and lernal publication.
