IN SO FAR AS IT APPLIES TO TH.' +' USE OF
CERTAIN PROPi:RTY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BIND
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of
South Bend,
SECTION ONE
That ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common Council
of the city of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of
June, 1923, commonly known as the zoning ordinance be and
the same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to the
use of the following described property:
From Leer Street to Vernon Street and from the
southerly line of Lincoln Way mast to the northerly
line of the New ,York Central Railroad right of way
is hereby changed from "B" residence district to "C"
commercial district under classification and Pursuant to
said Ordinance No. 2331.
SECTION TWO
This ordtnce shall be full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication.
