BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council, of the City of South Bend,
Indiana-
Section I#
//-4-0.040
That the sum of f- -#59-.98 be and the same is hereby transferred
from Account P -1, same being account for Salaries under the Police
Department of the Board of Public Safety, to Account B -15 under the
Electrical Department, which is account for Other Equipment in said
department for the installation of new traffic lights on Lincoln
Way hest in the City of South Bend.
Section -II. 600.0a

That the sum of i be and the same is hereby transferred from
Account q -1 of the Fire Department, for Salaries of the Fire Depart -
ment, to Account S�15 under the Electrical Department, said account
being for Other Equipment. This transfer to be for the purpose of
installation of new traffic lights on Lincoln Way West in the City
of South Bend.
Section III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, legal publication, public hearing, signature of the
Mayor and approval of the State Tax Board.
I recommead the passage of
the foregoing Ordinance.
