AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANI" NN0, 2331,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE*,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I That Ordinance No, 23319 adapted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on June 25, 1923,
and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be, and the same
is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the property des-
cribed as follows:
All of Lots numbered "M" and "N" and
the Northwest One Hundred Forty -one
(141) feet of Lot "0" in Wen1ger and
Kreighbaum's Vistula Avenue Addition
to the City of South Bend, Indiana.
The property so described is hereby changed from C use and
E height and area District to B use and B height and area
District.
SECTION II ^ This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
