AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING D U"'IDS FROM THE BOARD OF HEALTH
TO OTHER ACCOUNTS UNDER BOARD OF HEALTH FOR
THE PURCHASE OF T'ATO ST'iDEBAKFT". AUTO-
P,IOBILES, SAID TRAi;SFER AM.OUKT-
ING TO A TOTAL STv1 OF

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section I. That the siam of One Thousand Dollars (;;1,000.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from Account T9 under
the Board of Health, the same bean; the account for txear a
eg nt, to Account T22 for the purchase of Studebaker

automobiles.
Section II. That the sum of Two Hundred Twenty -Two Dollars
(;j22.00) be and the same is herebzr transferred from Account

T16 under Xe,,Bo d of Health, the same being the account

Section III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing,
signature by the Mayor, and approval by the State Tax Board.
