ORDINANCE NO. 3
An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by
the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on June
25, 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the following described property
heretofore classified as a "B11 Residential Use District
be and the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned as a
"C" Commercial Use District, said property being the
following described real estate located in the City of
South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit:
Lots No. 25 and 26 in Jacob Leerts Survey
to the City of South Bend, Indiana,
Also, that part of Lot lettered "PIT in
Wenger and Kriegbaum'Vistula Ave. Addition
to the City of South`Bend, viz;
Beginning with the Northeasterly corner
of said lot lettered "P", thence rumin
South Fifty -nine feet and three inches 5913");
thence West One Hundred Sixty -nine feet (1691);
thence North Twenty -six feet (261); thence East
to the place of beginning.
And by such reclassification making the lots so described
subject to Section,5 of the aforesaid Ordinance No. 2331.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the
Mayor, and after legal publication.
