AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO S -15, THE SAME BEING THE
ACCOUNT FOR NEW TRAFFIC LIGHTS, UNDER THE
BOARD OF SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana;
SECTION I. That the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($1750.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to account
5 -15 for the installation of new traffic lights at Blaine
Avenue and Johnson Street and Cushing and Wilber and Olive
Streets on Lincoln Way West in the City of South Bend.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
