AN ORBINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR Mm.
DRED NINETY - -THREE DOLLARS ($11,493.00) FROM THE DELINQUENT
AND DEFICIT FUND DERIVED FROM THE BARRETT LAW COLLECTION UNDER
THE CITY TREASURERTS OFFICE TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Ben(4
Indiana:
SECTION ONE - That the sum of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred
Ninety —three Dollars ($11,493.00) be and the same is hereby
transferred from the Delinquent and Deficit Fund under the City
