ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Twenty -five Thousand Dollars
($251.000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the Department of Public
Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the said
Department of Public Parks for thetrepair and re-
habilitation of its natatorium situate at 1044 West
Washington Avenue in this City.
SECTION L. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice, hearingthereon and
passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
