ORDINANCE NO. 3182 as amended
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAR LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1937 FOR THE MUN-
ICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IDDIANA.
Section I - Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana*
That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for the
year 1937 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed val-
uation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed by
the officers of St. Joseph County and the State of Indiana., for
the objects named*

Section 2.- There shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty Cents on every
male inhabitant of said City, same and not a pauper, of the age of
twenty-One years and not over the age of Fifty years.
Section 3 - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
