ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS FROM THE MAINTENANCE
FUND OR OPERATING BALANCE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
PARKS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA TO CER,
TAIN SUBDIVISIONS IN SAID DEPARTMENT OF PUB-
LIC PARKS ALL AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana;
yj SECTION I — That the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS
{� ($434 #00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the operating balance of the Maintenance Fund
of the Department of Public Parks to Subdivision
3-39-3894! B — Miscellaneous Supplies — Rubber Hose,
SECTION 2 - That the sum of FITS THOUSAND TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS
( #5,027) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the operating balance of the Maintenance Fund
of the Department of Public Parks to Subdivision
7 -71-712 - Properties h Erskine Park Watering System*
SECTION 3 r This ordinance shall be in full (ores and effect
from and after legal notice, hearing thereon and
passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.,
