ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $750000
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
TO ACCOUNT # Q -f6 IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THE
SAME BEING THE ACCOUNT FOR MOTOR EQUIPMENT, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A NEW EXTENSION LADDER.
BE IT ORDAINSD by the Common Coudcil of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I: That the stun of $750.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City.of South Bend to Account numbered
Q -16 in the Fire Department, the same being the
account for Motor Equipment, for the purchase
of a new extension ladder for the Fire Department.
SECTION II- That thiso0rdinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, legal
publication, public hearing, signature by the Mayor, and
approval by the State Tax Board .
