AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $405.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INTO
VARIOUS ACCOUNTS UNDER THE BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR 3936.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I - That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
Bend to account numbered T -4 under the Board of Public
Health, which said account is the acount for Postage, for
the balance of the year.
SECTION II - That the sum of $40.00 be and the same is here -
by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
V' Bend to account numbered T -5 under the Board of Public
Health, which said account is the account for Telegraph
and Telephone, for the balance of the year.
SECTION III - That the sum of $175900 be and the same is here-
by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
Bend to account numbered T -12, the account for Gasolene
under the Board of Health for the balaned of the year.
SECTION IV - That the sum of $100.00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
Bend to account numbered T -17, the account for Office Sup-
plies under the Board of Health for the balance of the year.
SECTION V - That the sum of $15.00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
Bend to account numbered V -6, the account for Gas under the
Board of Health for the balance of the year.
SECTION VI - That the sum of $50.00 be and the same is here -
v by appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South
Bend to account numbered V -7, the account for Heat under the
Board of Health for the balance of the year.
SECTION VII - That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public
hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by the State
Tax Board.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
