BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I - That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to the Account for Office Supplies under the Weights and Measures department, which is account numbered R84, for the balance of the year 1936. SECTION II- That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
