AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
THE MEDICAL AND SURGICAL ACCOUNT
OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT,
WHICH IS ACCOUNT NO.
I - 8 — B.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana;
$ACTION I - That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City
of South Bend to the Medical and Surgical Account of
the Street Department, the same being account numbered
I -8 -B, for medical and surgical services in that de-
partment for the remainder of the year 1936.
SECTION II - That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by
the Sta #e Tax Board.
I recommend the passage of the forego ng Ordinance.
