AN OFDINANCE APPROPRIATING T?iF SU!,, OF $1327„55 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE
ACCOUNT FOR REFUNDS, X ARDSs AND INDII:T-
NITIRS UNDER THE CONTROLLEPS t
OFFICE, THE SAME BEING

BE IT OFDAINEDj, by the CO=On Council of the City. of South
Bend, Indiana;
Section I- That the sum of $1327#55 be and the same is
hereby appropriated frog, the General Fund of the City
of South Bend to the account for Refunde, Awards, and
Indemnities under the controllerlsg office, the same be-
ing account numbered B -11 -A, for the payment of a judge-
ment in the favor of Charles Burns in the sum of $132000
and Court Costs in the sum of ;$7,55•
Section II - This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after Its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by
the State Tax Board.
