AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $25.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERED P -17 UNDER
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR LAUNDRY AND CLEANING FOR THE BAL-
ANCE OF THE YEAR 1936; ALSO APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $000.00
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT
NUMBERED P -17A UNDER THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR MEDIOAL AND
SURXGICAL SERVICES NECESSARY FOR SAID DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the city of South Bend:
SECTION I- That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend to
account numbered P -17 under the Policd Department for laundry

and cleaning for the balance of the year 1936.
r SECTION II- That the sum of $500.00 be and the same is here-
by approp"iated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend
to account P -17A for medical and surgical services for the
balance of the year 1936.
` SECTION III - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication, public hearing,
signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
