AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $300.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT #H -8 UNDER THE BOARD
OF WORKS FOR TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH; ALSO APPROPRIATING THE SUM
OF $400.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
ACCOUNT H -11 UNDER THE BOARD OF WORKS FOR ELECTRIC CURRENT FOR
THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1936; ALSO APPROPRIATINGI THE SUM OF
$100.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO
ACCOUNT #H -15 UNDER THE BOARD OF WORKS FOR THE REPAIR OF EQ*
UIPMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1936.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, that;
SECTION I- The sum of $300.00 be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend
to account numbered H -8 under the Board of Works for tele-
phone and telegraph for the balance of the year 1936.
SECTION II- The sum of $400.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the city of South Bend
to account numbered H -11 for electric current for the build -
ingsfor the balance of the year 1936.
SECTION III - The sum of $100.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the city of

SECTION TV- This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication, Public hearing,
signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
