AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $85.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ACCOUNT # M -6
UNDER THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR OF*
FICE SUPPT,,IES FOR THE BALANCE
OF THE YEAR 1936.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the City of South Bend:
SECTION I- That the sum of $85.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend
to account numbered M -6 under the Building Department for
Office supplies for the balance-of the year 1936.
SECTION II- This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legalpublication, public hearing,
signature by the Mayor and approval by the State Tax Board.
MEMBER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
I reefommend the passage of the foregoing Ordinance.
