AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN
CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section I. That the annual salaries for the following
municipal city officials and employees of the City of South Bend,
State of Indiana, be and the same are hereby fixed, to be effect-
ive as of July 1, 1936, as follows, to -wit:
Chief of police
$2,880.00
Assistant chief of police
2,400.00
Captains of police (each)

Sergeants of police (each)
