AN
ORDINANCE NUMBER
AND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($750.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the Department of Public
Parks to the said Department of Public Parks for
the purpose of erecting and constructing concrete
bleachers for observers of ball games in Pottawo-
tomie Park.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect-
from and after legal notice, hearing thereon and
passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor:

OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
I hereby recommend the passage of the above and fore-
going Ordinance.
