ORDINANCE # C�
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND TO ACCOUNT # E -50 WHICH IS THE
ACCOUNT FOR SPECIAL JUDGES
IN THE CITY COURT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section I - That the sum of Two Hundred Dollabs, ($200.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of South Bend to account numbered E -5
for the South Bend City Court for special judges for the
remainder of the year 1936.
SECTION II - This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by
the state tax Boabd.
