AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED AND
SIXTY DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
SAFETY ACCOUNT NO. P -2 FOR THE
PAYMENT OF THE CITY'S SPONSOR
SHARE IN THE WPA TRAFFIC
SURVEY FOR THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I- That the sum of Three Hundred and sixty Dollars,
3 0.00) be and the same ishereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend to Accoubt numbered
P -2 under the Board of Public Safety, denoted as the account
for temporary salary and wages, for the payment of the
city's sponsor . share of the WPA Traffic Survey,of ;the
City of South tend.
SECTION II- This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, legal publication, public
hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by the State
Tax Board.
