AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF X137.50 FROM
THE POLICE SALARY ACCOUNT, NUMBERED P =1
TO THE ACCOUNT FOR IMPR09'EI-T_ENT
TO CITY BUILDINGS, BEING
ACCOUNT H -14A, ALL
UNDER THE GENERAL
BUDGET.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1- That the sum of One Hundred and thirty -seven
Dollars and Fifty cents, (137.50) be and the same is
hereby transferred from the Police Salary Account, being
account numbered P -1 to account for Repairs to the
City Buildings, being account numbered H -14A, all of
the accounts being under General Fund Budget for the year
1936.
Section 11- This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, signature by the Mayor, and approval
by the State Tax Board.
