AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2000.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
TO ACCOUNT NUMBERED H -10, BEING THE
FUND FOR CITY STREET LIGHTING
IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
? Section I- That the sum of Two Thousand Dollars,
($2000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the general end of the city of South Bend to
account numbered H -16,^ the same being account for
City street lighting in the Electrical Department,
in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section II- This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, signature by the Mayor and approval by
the State Tax Board.
