ORDINANCE NO. 3 / "/
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED DOL-
LARS FRO14 THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SALARY AC-
COUNT NUMBERED Q -I TO ACCOUNT
H -14A FOR REPAIRS TO
THE CITY
HALL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
Section I- That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, ($500.00)
Fe and the same is hereby transferred from the salary fund
of the Fire Department, denoted as Q -1, to the fund of
Repairs for the City Hall, which is account H -14A. Said
transfer being of- '- funds all under the General Fund for
the Budget for the Year 1936.
Section II- This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, legal publication,
public hearing, and signature by the Mayor and approval
by the State Tax Board.
