ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF,$1180.00 FROM
CERTAIN ACCOUNTS IN THE BOARD OF HEALTH TO
OTHER ACCOUNTS IN THE BOARD OF HEALTH
FOR THE PURCHASING OF NEW AUTO-
MOBILES FOR SAID BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana;
Section I That the sum of $825.00 bd transferred
r�` om Aeeount numbered T -9; being the account for the
isolation fund for the St. Joseph's Hospital, this
city, to account numbered T -22, same bein the account
for motor equipment in the Board of Health.
Section II - That the sum of $355.00 be transferred
from account numbered T -10 in the Board of Health, to
account numbered T -22, the same being the account
for motor equipment in the Board of Health.
Section III - This ordinance shall be in full force
and e ec -from and after its passage, publication,
public hearing, and signature by the Mayor.

OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
I recommend the passage of the foregoing
Ordinance.
